My Ideal Logic boiler is making a high-pitched noise, should I be concerned?

There is a known issue with the Ideal Logic boiler range. This relates to debris on the injector and or a fault with the gas valve which can cause the boiler to make a high-pitched whistling or 'trumpeting' noise.
